Rowan College at Gloucester County supports the South Jersey economy by supplying a number of workforce development programs at no cost to area businesses. Funding for these opportunities are provided by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) and New Jersey Council of Community Colleges (NJCCC).

A sample of training options available:
- Leadership and Supervisory
- Mathematics, Verbal, and Reading
- Business Writing
- English as a Second Language (Levels I and II)
- PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
- Customer Service
Register for NJBIA Open Enrollment
- Work at least 20 hours per week
- Be paid at their usual hourly rate while in training
- Provide employee numbers
- Provide employer's FEIN numbers and DUNS number
