Rowan College at Gloucester County gives students the unique opportunity to obtain their bachelor's degree through various college partnerships. Students can take advantage of the College's on-campus partnerships with Rowan University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Wilmington University without leaving the RCGC campus. The College also has off-campus partnerships with Drexel University–South Jersey, Neumann University, The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Rutgers University–Camden and University of Maryland University College.

The College encourages students who wish to transfer from Rowan College to a four-year university to take advantage of the services at the Career and Academic Planning (CAP) Center, such as transfer counseling. Students can make an appointment with a transfer advisor to assist them through the transfer process.

Also, students who attended other institutions of higher education and wish to transfer to Rowan College must follow the same application process as first-time college students.
