Process for Sending Official Transcript

  • Submit completed Transcript Request form to the Office of Student Records 
    (​www.rcgc.edu/transcript)​

  • Make payment in the Business Office by dialing (856) 415-2226.
    • Payments are non-refundable and transcript payments are required for processing
    • $5 standard fee for 3-5 business day processing
    • $10 expedited fee for next business day processing
  • RCGC uses the United States Postal Service for all mailings and does not provide ​expedited mail service.

Once completed please email (registrar@rcgc.edu), fax (856-468-8498), mail, or deliver the form in person to the Business Office. You must pay for the official transcript at the Business Office, but there is no charge for unofficial transcripts. When requesting transcripts, your account must be free from holds. Your student ID number is not required to place the request, but some requests may require identification. You will be notified by the College if this is necessary so make sure your contact information is written clearly on the form. Please note that the form may not be accessible through mobile devices, so you must use a computer to access it.​

Students planning to transfer to another academic institution should know the application deadlines of the universities to which they are applying and arrange to have their transcripts sent in plenty of time. Typically, Rowan College requires five business days to issue student transcripts.
