Located in New Castle, Del., Wilmington University is a private, nonprofit institution that awards bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. The university prides itself on providing small, intimate learning environments and maintaining one of the lowest tuition rates in the region.

Students must graduate from Rowan College with an associate degree, meet the academic requirements necessary for each program and maintain a 2.0 grade point average. Students are required to complete a minimum of 45 credit hours of upper-level coursework at Wilmington University.
*In addition, students have the option to remain on the Rowan College campus and complete their bachelor's degree. Wilmington University offers on-campus Bachelor of Science programs in Media Design, Information Systems Management, Web Information Systems, and select courses in Criminal Justice and RN to BSN.
