"Safety Awareness and Self-Defense Workshop" --- Officer Justin Walker of the Washington Township Police Department knows that proper self-defense techniques help prepare you for the unexpected, while contributing to increased mental and physical health. Join him to take the first step in self-defense training by learning the importance of safety awareness. Risk avoidance, mental and physical preparedness, pre-assault indicators, threat assessment and the basic principles of self-defense will be discussed.
