"Conflict Management" --- Conflict is an inevitable part of life; it is how we react and respond that will make all the difference. Join Kristen Wilson, Social Service and Career Administrator for People in Transition, to learn how to identify emotional triggers, sources of conflict and typical responses, and discuss strategies for resolution. You will also learn how to define "active listening" and develop methods to integrate that technique into your own interactions. This workshop is sponsored by Heart of South Jersey and will be held on Monday, December 3, from 6 – 8 p.m.
Rowan College at Gloucester County's 250-acre campus is located on Tanyard Road in Deptford, just off Exit 56 off of Route 55.
