Free Adult Basic Education Sessions Offered Through RCGC

​            Deptford Twp. – The Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC) Workforce & Professional Development Institute is providing free basic education daytime classes for adult learners who are looking to earn their state-issued high school diploma.

            The High School Equivalency program enables Gloucester County residents to take the coursework recommended to prepare for the required examination to earn their high school diploma. The course covers mathematics and language arts with a focus on computer literacy. Career planning and college readiness workshops are also available to interested High School Equivalency program students.

            Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. each week at the Workforce & Professional Development Institute, adjacent to RCGC's campus. Classes begin on Monday, July 10 and continue through Thursday, September 14.
