Twenty men and two women will graduate from the Gloucester County Police Academy on Wednesday, Dec. 12, at 3 p.m. in the Physical Education Center on the campus of Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC).
Police Academy Director Fred H. Madden will welcome family and friends of the graduates, as well as senior law enforcement professionals and college officials. RCGC Board of Trustees Chairperson Gene J. Concordia will provide opening remarks.
The keynote address will be presented by retired Resident Agent in Charge (RAC) Daniel Brown of the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Brown, Concordia and RCGC President Frederick Keating will award the diplomas to the 22 graduates representing Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland and Gloucester Counties and the state of New Jersey.
Atlantic County: Gil Antonio De Los Santos, Craig A. Dennis Jr., Xzavier Evans, Victor R. Nelson and Kendall K. Washington, Pleasantville; Drew D. Smick (alternate route), Egg Harbor City.
Burlington County: Jamal Johnathan Moore, Willingboro Township.
Camden County: Wilfredo Rodriguez Jr., Voorhees Township; Corey Sonessa-Musilli, Timothy Sost and Shadi Zaiton, Cherry Hill.
Cumberland County: Kaylene Torres Cosme, Daniel M. Miller Jr., Vineland; Tyler Place and Louis M. Torres III, Millville; Emilio Christopher Santiago, Cumberland County Sheriff's Department.
Gloucester County: Robert C. Belcher III, Michael Ciavirella (alternate route) and Vincent Samuel Cicatiello, Washington Township; David Byerley (alternate route), West Deptford Township; Christopher M. McCaughan, Rowan University.
New Jersey: Joshua Joyce, New Jersey Department of Human Services.
The Gloucester County Police Academy is located on the Rowan College at Gloucester County campus on Tanyard Road, Deptford, just off Exit 56 of Route 55.
