Deptford Twp. – Nineteen men and three women will graduate from the Gloucester County Police Academy on Wednesday, July 12, at 3 p.m. in the Physical Education Center on the campus of Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC).
Police Academy Director Fred H. Madden will welcome family and friends of the graduates, as well as senior law enforcement professionals and college officials. RCGC Board of Trustees Chairperson Gene Concordia and Vice President of Academic Services Dr. Linda Hurlburt will provide opening remarks.
The keynote address will be presented by Major Frederick Fife, of the New Jersey State Police and Commanding Officer of ROIC.
Fife, Concordia and Hurlburt will award the diplomas to the 22 graduates representing Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, Middlesex and Salem Counties as well as the Delaware River Port Authority, Rowan University and the Division of Fish & Wildlife.
Burlington County: Michael Lewis Cammarota and Joseph Quartararo, Willingboro Twp.
Camden County: Geoffrey Byrne, Douglas Pannone, Norm Stanley and Steven Swayze, Cherry Hill Twp.
Cumberland County: Ashley Davis and Duane Williams, Cumberland County Sheriff's Department; Peter Lacko, Vineland.
Gloucester County: Troy Scott, West Deptford Township; Anel Kalabic, Williamstown (alternate route).
Middlesex County: Matthew Rosofsky, Helmetta.
Salem County: Paige Liable, Salem County Sheriff's Office.
Delaware River Port Authority: Tyler Hartman, Tyler Heater and Brian Weise.
Division of Fish & Wildlife: Trevor Anderson, Salvatore Garofalo, Cody Meyer, Alison Shepherd and Allen Sutton.
Rowan University: Austin Ramos.
The Gloucester County Police Academy is located on the Rowan College at Gloucester County campus on Tanyard Road, Deptford, just off Exit 56 of Route 55.
