The Rowan College at Gloucester County Library strives to promote student learning and faculty instruction in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

The Rowan College Library houses more than 33,925 books and 32 journal subscriptions that are available to students and faculty. The library also provides access to numerous online full-text periodicals and specialized databases. To access its online databases, students should log into the RCGC Portal and select the Library Online Resources page. The Library's Services & Policies page provides a direct link to Audiobooks. LOGIN (Libraries of Gloucester/Salem/Cumberland Information Network) includes the Rowan College Library's collection as well as those of other LOGIN member libraries. Library programs include computer technology, print and media materials, and information literacy instruction essential to lifelong learning.

With each passing day, the Library becomes more and more technologically advanced. Library staff must teach information literacy and learning skills to empower students to take a proactive role in their own education and the world around them. The Library's Information Literacy page provides alternative Webquest projects to the Information Literacy Workbook. The more the Library can respond to changes in the information society, the better it can prepare students for careers and continued learning.

The Library's friendly and knowledgeable staff members are eager to help students search for information or introduce them to any of the Library's online services. To reach the Library by phone with general questions, students may call the Circulation Desk at 856-415-2252. To speak to a Reference Librarian, they may call the Reference Desk at 856-415-2253.
