Book vouchers, which are electronic, are available only during
book voucher periods. Their availability depends on
when the student’s financial aid is completed and posted in the system.
Students who are eligible for book vouchers and whose aid is completed
by established deadlines should go directly to the bookstore, bringing their schedules and student IDs.
Note: When a book voucher expires, a student's account
is adjusted to reflect the actual amount he or she spent at the bookstore
using the book voucher. If a student's source of outside funding (i.e., grants, loans, third-party contracts) does not pay, it is the student's responsibility to pay this charge.
