Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)​–compliant training is provided in the areas of lock-out tag-out, fire watch, bloodborne pathogens, right-to-know and fall protection. Students attend a comprehensive basic safety orientation.

Foundation courses in reading, writing and mathematics are offered for adults who do not possess a high school diploma. English as a second language and civic education programs are also available for residents working toward citizenship via the U.S. Naturalization Process.
