The 2,400 square foot Rowan College Fitness and Wellness Center opened in 1996 through funding provided by the College and the generosity of the GCC Foundation Grants Program. The center consists of 20 pieces of Cybex free-standing weight equipment, over 20 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, and a separate free weight room. Cardiovacular equipment includes stairmasters, treadmills, stationary bikes, precores and rowing machines.
The complex is conveniently located near all of RCGC's practice fields and is open in the morning, afternoon and evening to provide student-athletes, students, faculty and staff every opportunity for a flexible workout schedule. The fitness center is free for all RCGC students, staff & faculty with current ID cards.
From 2:30pm - 3:30pm the fitness center is open to all valid RCGC members, but is designated time for the RCGC student-athletes and teams to work out.
Don’t know how to get started? No problem! There is always a staff member on duty and ready to help you out.
